Failure to do so will result in collections and criminal charges for the full amount of the non-returned items according to our price list plus an additional 20% collection fee. Players are required to return all cards prior to cancellation. If you cancel the billing agreement via Paypal or the credit card agreement, your subscription is immediately terminated and all renting privileges are suspended. ONCE THE SERVICE HAS BEEN UTILIZED THERE ARE NO REFUNDS. When you cancel your subscription via your dashboard, you will have access to your subscription until the end of your subscription month. All cancellation requests should be done 24 hours prior to renewal. You may cancel your subscription anytime on your dashboard or by contacting us if you do not have access to your dashboard. We do not sell or trade any personal or sensitive information that is provided to us during the subscription application. You will be required to provide additional information in order to utilize this service, which may include images, proof of residency, government issued identification, phone verification, and/or any request from ManaTraders LLC. Subscriptions begin as soon as payment is received. You will be billed in advance on a recurring PayPal Payment or Credit Card payment.
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. PurchasesĪll non-subscription purchases are final, any charge-backs without first contacting us will result in a permanent suspension of site usage, criminal charges, and/or account suspension. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability. We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
